Version 0.7 Update
I made a new build! I didn't do a dev blog last time but I was still working on some stuff.
I've been mainly working on the visuals, adding rain, fog, changing the physical environment, and even updating the battle scenes GUI.
I have also changed the rules of the card game, which is going to happen a few more times before the final release. The new rules are based around Turn Economy, a concept that's in turn based RPG's where you have to take into consideration how many actions you and your opponent can perform during a single turn.
The number of cards you can play and the number of actions you can perform are based on how many Party Members you actively have on the board. This "Action Value" gets reset at the start of your turn. I've updated the Enemy AI to follow the same rules.
My hope is that the Action Value mechanic and the Deployment Time mechanic (The number of turns it takes for a Party Member to be properly summoned), will make the combat a lot more interesting.
