Version 0.3 Update

I've made a few additions that I thought would be nice.

There's a new settings button in the main menu! You can now change the battle music and button volume as well as changing the battle speed. While writing this I just realized that the name is a bit misleading, the "battle speed" is actually the time in between the enemies actions. Decreasing that number will make the enemy faster. Oops.

I also fixed the blocks, in the last version some blocks were clipping through the player when they shouldn't have been.
